Aims & scope
Revista Filosofía en la Red is a biannual publication, which has been published since October 2021 in print and electronic format, with an informative-academic profile, edited by Filosofía en la Red. Plataforma de Divulgación Filosófica, S.A.S. de C.V., open access, double-blind refereed by peers external to the institution, in León, Spain. ISSN 2952-1785.
Its objective is to disseminate refereed, unpublished and open access philosophical research in Spanish in a technical framework without being a specialist, to generate an international academic dialogue and thus contribute to the development of critical consciousness, based on the understanding of cultural and social processes and contemporary politicians.
The Journal is open to all areas of philosophy and social sciences, as long as the seriousness and argumentative rigor of a scientific publication are respected; It also seeks to promote and privilege research on contemporary issues in philosophy or the humanities. The above does not limit works dedicated to classical philosophy, interdisciplinary thought or the approach to any particular aspect of the history of philosophy.
The publication seeks to be rigorous and inclusive and, therefore, is aimed at specialized and non-specialized readers, teachers and researchers, and the public. Revista Filosofía en la Red receives proposals for unpublished philosophical articles (that are not in the editorial or opinion process in other magazines or books); in Spanish. The proposed articles must make a clearly identifiable contribution to current research on the topic or issues they address, where the author makes a novel contribution to current philosophical studies.
